Diet for three days

Third day:

  • Breakfast: two tablespoons of boiled buckwheat, a half of a tomato.
  • Second Breakfast: a Cup of grated carrots or Apple.
  • Lunch: a bowl of hot veggie soup, salad of cucumbers and tomatoes 150g.
  • Snack: 150g of yogurt or any other fermented milk product (0% fat).
  • Dinner: 2 chicken patties, steamed, two fresh cucumber.
