  • Meat: beef, rabbit, chicken, turkey, lean ham;
  • Fish of all sorts (including fatty, rich in omega-3) and seafood;

  • Dairy products: natural yoghurt, cottage cheese, skim milk, low fat cottage cheese;
  • Oat bran - no more than 1. 5 tbsp. l per day;
  • Calorie-free sweetener: both synthetic and natural are allowed;
